ORDERING
Nourish Events looks forward to making your event memorable. A Catering Sales Manager will assist you in the selection and planning of your food and beverages. To confirm an event order a signed copy of the Banquet Event Order with your estimated charges is required.

We request at least three days notice for any catering event to guarantee your specific order and time. More notice is always preferred. Every effort will be made to accommodate your last-minute requests with available menu items and staff.

All prices are per person unless otherwise specified and do not include drop off fee of $25 or staffing charges. Staff is available to service your event at $30 per staff member per hour, with the exception of Chef Attendants and Event Managers, who are billed at $35.

24 hours cancellation notice is required on all catering services to avoid billing.

All items will be served on disposable dishware, unless china service is requested. China, silver and glassware service is available for an additional $9 per person, unless there is available inventory. Please inquire about linens and additional décor.

Drop off catering display equipment must be left for pick-up after event. Additional charges for missing display equipment may be incurred.

Please feel free to order from the Nourish Event Catering menus or if you are looking for a custom menu, just give us a call, and we’ll be happy to work with you to tailor a menu to your needs.

All final invoices will be following the event.  Please approve and forward to either the FONZ CFO or National Zoo controller for prompt payment.
